Our Managing Director
Dr. Pius Obi Umeh
Managing Director, Ponyx Hospitals Ltd.
Dr. Pius Obi Umeh, Managing Director of Ponyx Hospitals Ltd., is a seasoned medical doctor with over thirty years' experience. He is a well-trained doctor in sonology, an occupational health doctor and a general medical practitioner.
He is happily married to a Dental Surgeon, Dr. (Mrs.) Nonye Umeh (Executive Director), and they are blessed with three beautiful children.

Facilities
A 32-bed hospital with a standard laboratory, a dental department with two complete dental chairs, an audiometer centre, and a cardiac centre with a treadmill and a Doppler machine.
Our team
Five doctors (one resident on site in case of emergency), one radiographer, one gynaecologist, one dental surgeon, one physician, five visiting consultants and 14 qualified nurses and midwives, with a business development manager and other complementary officers.
Clinical services
Internal medicine, routine and specialist consultations, obstetrics and gynaecology, psychiatry, orthopaedic and paediatric services, eye clinic, ENT with audiometer booth and machine, ultrasound scan, X-ray, ECG, baby incubator and phototherapy, mobile clinic, mammography, ambulance services, intensive care, physiotherapy, immunization for children and adults, and pre-school and pre-employment medical examinations, to mention but a few.
